Journal Club

The VAC4EU Journal Club is a monthly appointment for members of VAC4EU and for its community. It exists for people with a common passion and curiosity for vaccine research. The Journal Club is fun! It is not time to speak about our own work or deadlines, but rather a place to share open questions, doubts, and progress in our understanding of interesting topics thanks to the interaction with each other. It is a place where we are not afraid that our questions are too naive.

During the Journal Club, a speaker presents a published paper of his or her choice. The paper may cover any topic related to vaccine research, from methodological issues, to results of relevance, to curious findings. The speaker is free to take the opportunity of the Journal Club to better understand a paper with the help of the critical discussion with the audience: the conversation is highly interactive, open and informal!
