World Vaccine Congress (WVC)

World Vaccine Congresses are the largest and most established vaccine meetings of their kind across the globe, established in 2000. Featuring presentations and panel debates from industry-leading experts, exhibitions, and ample networking opportunities, topics cover everything vaccine related from basic research to commercial manufacture.

VAC4EU has historically had a strong presence at the European WVC events. At the most recent congress in Barcelona in October 2024, VAC4EU led a working group on the use of real world evidence for vaccines and participated in two panels: one on how to conduct post-authorisation studies on vaccines deployed under emergency use authorisation, and another on the importance and sustainability of public-private partnerships for vaccine development. We have also partnered with Terrapinn, the company that organises the World Vaccine Congress events, to offer a discount for our members.
