Collaborative studies
We conduct collaborative post-licensure studies on vaccine benefits, risk, and coverage utilising primary and secondary health data.
Harmonised workflows
We harmonise workflows through a quality management system, a common framework and shared tools including the ConcePTION Common Data Model.
Co-creation
We co-create through working groups and taskforces, and share knowledge and resources, building synergy across stakeholders.
Innovation
We actively invest in innovation and development in the rapid generation of RWE on vaccines including the creation of tools and methodologies.
Knowledge sharing
We stimulate scientific discussion and debate among members and the wider scientific community, by organising webinars, journal clubs and meetings.

Celebrate 5 years of VAC4EU with a symposium dedicated to pandemic preparedness
VAC4EU will be celebrating its 5th anniversary in Brussels on the 4th of November with a full-day hybrid symposium focused on discussing the role of vaccines in pandemic preparedness. Join experts from the fields of vaccinology, vaccine development, pharmacovigilance, pharmacoepidemiology, health policy, public health and regulatory practice to continue the discussion. In a world where vaccine misinformation outpaces science we urgently need transparent and robust evidence to protect vulnerable populations. Samantha Duckworth will present the paper “A Post-Authorisation Safety Study of a Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine in Pregnant Women and Their Offspring in a Real-World Setting: Generic Protocol for a Target Trial Emulation.”
